Do you have a heart for the homeless?

If you have a heart to work with our population, we encourage you to apply today. We are always looking for resident facilitators to join our team to help us build up our residents and support them as they transition back into stable housing and better lives. Whether you are seeking employment or want to enrich your life by volunteering, we are always eager to have you join us!

Resident facilitators work 8 hour shifts at the Mission. We offer day, swing and graveyard shifts. This position works directly with the shelter residents providing supports, resources and checking in the residents nightly and documenting observation while on shift.  Previous mental health, shelter or substance use facility work experience is required.

If you have a heart for our population and want to volunteer and share your special talent or skillset,

Call the Mission today at (719) 924-8413 and speak to George Ibanez or Melanie Rapier

We are always looking for motivated individuals who want to share their skills, resources and talents to facilitate groups in our "Step Back In' program, or if you have a special talent that we can create a new class or group especially for you, don't hesitate to reach out to the Mission.  Art, music, mental health and wellness education, financial empowerment, self-esteem building, addiction supports, and faith based studies for men and women. These are just a few of the ways we look to empower our residents and the homeless of Pueblo. Maybe you have more ideas for ways we can build and grow this program. We're ready to listen!

If you own a business or have a service you'de like to provide the Mission. We are waiting for you to join us in serving one of the most rewarding ministries on earth. Pueblo is a city always giving back. We are hoping to hear from you if you are looking for ways to give back.

We'd love to bring you onboard to help us empower, educate and change the lives of the people we serve. Get involved today!
